For the clients located overseas biometric is exempted.

Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Main Applicants.
Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Join Applicants.
Copy of valid and Attested CNIC/NICOP/ARC/POC/Passport of the Nominee (optional – only for Single Accounts).
Attested Copy of Power of Attorney (if contact person is other than main applicant), duly attested by notary public.
Employee Card / Job Card for salaried person. Company’s letter head for business individuals mentioning the name, CNIC and designation etc.
Salary Slip for salaries person. Income statement for Business Individuals or monthly income is mentioned at company’s letter head.
Copy of Utility bill/Driving license/Insurance policy/Rent Agreement (If address is not as per CNIC).
Please enclose cross Investment cheque with the title of “Gulrez Securities Pvt. Ltd”
Copy of Zakat Declaration of the Applicant and the Joint Applicant (if applicable). In case of Non-Muslim, an an affidavit shall be submitted.
Note: Non-resident/ foreigners shall submit the documents duly attested by either notary public or Consul General of Pakistan having jurisdiction of the Applicant(s).
